* Says purchase price is expected to 4.5 mln euro on a cash
and debt free basis and will be settled during the first quarter
of 2016 if the acquisition is completed

Schmid Druck is deemed to contribute positively to operating
result already in 2016
* Elanders says in 2015 Schmid Druck is expected to reach
8.5 million euro in turnover and 1.6 million euro in EBITDA
